We want you to be fully satisfied with your Isamaya beauty products, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. Due to hygiene standards, used or opened cosmetic products cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Securely pack the unused items in their original box and include the packing slip to ensure a smooth authentication process.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized EU carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the products, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
